Privacy Policy
Effective date:
This Privacy Policy applies to apps, websites, and related services provided by © Studio Bing-Huan that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”). It explains how information may be handled when you use the Services or contact the developer.
The information involved depends on the Service and features you use. Where a Service provides an additional privacy notice, that notice explains its specific practices and takes precedence over this policy for that Service.
1. Information handled by the Services
- Information you provide: This may include content you enter, information you submit through an available account or support feature, and messages you send to the developer.
- Local information: Some features may process or store settings, preferences, or content on your device. Local processing does not by itself mean that the developer receives that information.
- Technical information: Features that connect to a server or external service may transmit information such as an IP address, device or browser information, and request details needed to deliver that feature. Hosting providers may also maintain operational logs.
- Device permissions: If a feature needs access to device capabilities or data, the Service will request the relevant permission where required by the platform. You can manage permissions in your device or browser settings.
These categories describe possible feature types across the Services; they do not mean that every Service collects all of this information. Consult the relevant Service’s notices for the data it actually handles.
2. How information is used
Where information is received by the developer, it is used to provide the features you request, maintain and troubleshoot the Services, respond to support requests, and protect the Services against misuse. Any additional purposes, such as optional analytics or advertising, should be described in the relevant Service’s privacy notice before those features are used.
3. Third-party services and sharing
The Services may include links, embedded web content, or integrations with external providers. Using these features may send information directly to those providers, whose privacy policies govern their handling of that information.
Where a Service uses providers for hosting, storage, authentication, diagnostics, analytics, or advertising, its additional privacy notice should identify the relevant providers and explain the information involved. This policy alone does not indicate that any particular integration is present.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or when necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to the rights and safety of users or others.
4. Storage, cookies, and retention
Depending on the feature, information may be kept on your device, on servers supporting the Service, or by an external provider. Websites and embedded web content may use cookies, browser storage, or cached files to support their functionality. Any additional uses should be explained in the relevant privacy or cookie notice.
Information held by the developer is retained only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was received, including support, security, and applicable legal obligations. Specific retention periods, where applicable, are described in the relevant Service’s notice. External providers manage their own records under their policies.
5. Your choices and requests
You can stop using the Services, adjust available privacy settings, revoke device permissions, or clear local app and browser data using your platform’s controls. Removing local data does not necessarily delete server records, backups, or information already received by third parties.
If a Service offers an account, use its available account and deletion controls. You may also contact the developer with questions or requests about personal information held by the developer, including access, correction, or deletion. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law; verification may be needed to protect your information.
For information held independently by an external provider, use that provider’s privacy controls or contact it directly.
6. Security
Reasonable measures are taken to protect information handled by the developer. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Avoid submitting passwords or other sensitive information through public support channels.
7. Children’s privacy
The intended audience and age requirements may vary by Service and are described in its listing or additional notices. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the developer inappropriately, contact the developer so the concern can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the Services or their information practices change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Additional notice will be provided where required.
9. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the support contact listed in the relevant Service or its store listing. Developer information is available on © Studio Bing-Huan’s GitHub profile. Please identify the Service your request concerns. Do not post personal or sensitive information in public issue trackers.
If you contact the developer, your message and any profile information supplied by the contact platform may be used to respond to your request. The platform handles its own records under its privacy policy.
